I've lived most of my life playing sports and had the honor of being an All-Colorado athlete and playing football at the University of Colorado. Since my days as a formal athlete, I have worked in Tech, Marketing, Advertising, Consumer Goods, and Consulting, helping build companies through powerful stories. I decided to shift my focus from building companies to building great people. Hard work, perseverance, and goal-setting are ingrained within me and are the driving force in everything I do. I have struggled, failed, and ultimately found how to create success using the skills and strengths I acquired as an athlete and as a coach to create my unique path to success. I aim to help people find their success and unleash the true potential within them. My passion for building people comes from a lifetime of incredible relationships and experiences. As a coach, I help raise people's consciousness about who they are and how they can approach life, uncovering exactly what their unique success will look like. I partner with current, former, and transitioning athletes to help them discover what they truly want to accomplish in life and remove the blocks that have kept them from success over the years. My approach is focused on the Core Energy Coaching process created by iPEC's Bruce D Schneider, Ph.D., M.C.C., which emotionally connects people's inner purpose and passion to outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results. “If you want something you've never had You must be willing to do something you've never done.” This quote by Thomas Jefferson is part of the core coaching process. With new territories come new challenges. Maintaining motivation, handling pressure, positive self-talk, performance anxiety , personal relationships, and prioritization are just a few of the challenges that can occur for an athlete in any phase of life. The work I do helps people accept that if you wish to grow past these challenges you must accept change, and mastering change is the key to continuous growth on your path to success.
