Brook Church-Koegel is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Capital Management, LLC (ACM), an asset management firm that invests as a co-GP alongside institutional investors. His personal holding company, Alpha Asset Holdings (AAH) is the foundation of his family office — holds his ownership stake in ACM. Through ACM's affiliated education platforms, Insurance Education Institute and Advisors Edge, Brook has also built a business dedicated to helping financial professionals build real fluency in quantitative investment methods. Brook's first leadership role came earlier than most executives' entire careers. As a boy in El Segundo, California, he was an active member of his local Boy Scout troop — the same troop that, together with his sister's Girl Scout troop, founded what would become known as the world's first nonprofit organization founded by kids and run by kids: Tree Musketeers. Brook served as Tree Musketeers' president from 1987 to 1994, guiding the organization through its formative years, and remained an active volunteer for more than two decades afterward. In 2017, alongside his sister and mother, he helped oversee the organization's formal wind-down after three decades of operation. Scouting and Tree Musketeers together instilled the grounding in service, discipline, and organizational leadership that Brook credits as foundational to who he is today. After graduating from El Segundo High School, Brook moved to New York to attend Hofstra University. Following his studies, he entered the world of management consulting, working closely with hedge funds and private equity firms and developing a deep, practical fluency in institutional investment structures. That chapter came to a close in 2007, when the Global Financial Crisis reshaped the industry and prompted Brook to return home to Los Angeles. Back in California, Brook pivoted to operations, taking on a role with a high-end fitness chain where he focused on improving same-store sales performance — an experience that sharpened his instincts for operational efficiency and measurable growth. In 2013, he returned to private equity, working across both the insurance and real estate divisions of a national investment firm and broadening his expertise across two capital-intensive, highly regulated industries. In 2018, drawing on more than a decade of experience across consulting, operations, and private equity, Brook set out on his own, launching his first investment fund and laying the foundation for what would grow into Alpha Capital Management, Alpha Asset Holdings, and their affiliated education platforms. Today, Brook leads ACM's strategy, growth, and partner relationships, while continuing to build AAH as the long-term foundation of his family's wealth. Outside of his professional work, his roots in Scouting and youth civic leadership through Tree Musketeers remain a defining part of his story. Brook lives in Southern California.

My story began before I ever spoke on a stage. I was born missing nearly one-third of the lower right side of my cerebellum due to a brain injury at birth. Doctors weren't sure what my future would look like, and from an early age I faced developmental challenges that made life different from many of my peers. But my parents never allowed my diagnosis to define me. They taught me to trust God, work hard, and never quit. As I grew older, I achieved things that many people never thought were possible. Yet the greatest challenge of my life wasn't my disability—it was the relentless bullying I experienced throughout school. Day after day, I was made to feel like I didn't belong. The constant ridicule and rejection slowly stole my confidence and left me believing the lies others spoke about me. Eventually, the pain became so overwhelming that I wondered if life was worth living. What saved me wasn't one single moment—it was the foundation of faith my family had built in me, the love of people who refused to give up on me, and one courageous person who chose to stand beside me when I couldn't stand up for myself. That support reminded me that my life had value, my story wasn't over, and God still had a purpose for me. Today, I share that story because I know there are students, parents, educators, and leaders who desperately need hope. As a motivational speaker, author, and host of The Reveal Podcast, my mission is to help people understand the lifelong impact bullying can have while equipping them to create cultures of kindness, courage, and compassion. I don't just speak about bullying—I speak about identity, resilience, mental health, faith, and finding purpose after pain. My goal is for every person in the audience to leave knowing they are seen, valued, and capable of overcoming the obstacles in front of them. If my journey has taught me anything, it's this: our greatest struggles don't have to become our greatest limitations. They can become the very platform God uses to bring hope to someone else. That's why I speak—because I know what it feels like to believe you're alone, and I also know the incredible power of hope when just one person chooses to care.

I'm Ashley Gross, a Forbes-recognized AI consultant named one of the highest-paid AI consultants in the market, and for the past six-plus years I've helped enterprise teams turn AI experiments into real results. This work started out of necessity. In 2020, I didn't get a maternity leave, and that experience pushed me to build AI-powered systems that gave people back real time and flexibility, starting with my own. That became AI Workforce Alliance, and it's why every talk I give is personal, not theoretical. I'm the Wiley-published author of The AI Workweek, and my sessions focus on the practical side of AI adoption: how leaders make smart decisions, avoid wasted budget, and get their teams actually using AI instead of just talking about it. Audiences walk away with a clear, usable plan, not a technical deep dive, which means every session works whether the room is full of executives, managers, or general staff.
