Suzanne Yada is a speaker, entrepreneur, musician and educator on a mission to help people be more human in an increasingly digital world. Called "a fine songwriter" by Ben Folds and "a monster at the piano" by Rob Wells, she has helped hundreds in the business, marketing and tech worlds with her innovative techniques about the creative process. That's when The Creative Spiral Method was born, and she is thrilled to bring her innovation framework to audiences who feel on the edge of burnout, unfulfilled in work and life, and always leaving their creative ideas on the back burner. She has spoken at companies such as Patreon, Google, Zendesk, Pandora and CreativeMornings. She also is the director of communications for Songwriters of North America. She lives in Los Angeles and teaches songwriting classes for the city of LA.

Caroline Herter
Caroline Herter

Photographer

Miami, Florida

Caroline Herter is a Miami-based talented photographer. She began taking photographs while she was still an undergraduate student. The subject of photography had intrigued her since she was a child, and she had even written a research paper about it. She didn't start taking photography seriously until her first year at the University of Washington. The first time Caroline picked up a camera was while studying abroad in Japan. It wasn't long before she discovered that taking photographs was a great way to express her feelings. Gradually, she developed her own unique aesthetic while experimenting with different styles and techniques while studying abroad. During her first year at college, she won the school's photography competition, which gave her the confidence boost she needed to continue pursuing photography. As soon as Caroline graduated from college, she moved to Miami to pursue her career in photography.

Last year I attend a tool launching ceremony. At that ceremony, they launched a tool that helps to those persons whose English level is medium. You also see here that tool they also told to everyone how to use this tool. I also want to use this tool. When I use this tool I am becoming a fan of that tool just because of his quick response.

Coach

United Kingdom

A little about me. My name is Vikki and 2 years ago I embarked on a life changing journey. After yoyo dieting my whole life, I reached 27 and I weighed 400lbs. I was depressed, smoked, gambled and drank a lot. I was always the loud, party girl. Through a sequence of events I began losing weight. I lost around 8 stone in a year, however, my journey is more than anything on the scales. At 21 stone I climbed Ben Nevis and did a bungee jump the next day (I'm terrified of heights). I went on to pull a 40 Tonne lorry and placed 2nd in a strong women competition. I graduated from my Psychology degree in 2022 and continued to learn about positive psychology and mindset. Within the 2 years, I have had many adventures, accessed life and even walked on fire. In January 2023 I flew to Turkey to have my excess skin removed. Whilst I am recovering now, the goals haven't stopped. I will be prepping for a photoshoot in August and then will be doing a transformation category at a bodybuilding show in 2024. My message is one of hope. From this, I now have a mindset coaching business. I support others to overcome their limiting beliefs and begin to live. My coaching is TAMER (Trauma, awareness, mindfulness, empower, radiate). These are the 5 pillars to my success and now I'm ready to share them with others.

Katie Wenger
Katie Wenger

Owner & Psychotherapist

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

You are familiar with the dark, difficult stretches of your thoughts and how you feel lost, confused and unhappy. They seep into your mindset and make you feel unsure and depressed. What if these thoughts came from patterns that are obstacles to your happiness? In relationships, in life choices, in your daily mindset, and in your view of yourself - they cause obstacles. In therapy, you push yourself and try to figure it out and change it but you keep coming back to that word “stuck” and things that feel uncomfortably familiar. Sitting at my desk, reflecting on my career and what it has taught me, my thoughts move to an internal remembrance of clients whose progress stalls. They often report feeling frustrated and disempowered when they are trying to make change and can’t move forward. Their motivation dwindles. They may doubt themselves. As a therapist, I challenge them to take time to feel all of this, allow the human condition, and give space to this experience. This is a time of self-exploration when the emotions eventually largely dissipate. Dig deeper into who you are and what is really holding you back. When you feel like there is something holding you back, you may be detecting an obstacle that is present but unrecognized. Reaching into therapeutic methods and strategies and possibly seeing some progress but it is not always enough to regain your happiness or potentially break these patterns. Or you may leave, feeling renewed, and then find that you are back in that familiar cycle with that familiar type of person or situation. You may blame yourself but it is the patterns, the obstacles under the surface. You can only make so much change within yourself. However, if you don’t identify these obstacles through exploration, you will be there again. Let’s find your way to move past them for good. Katie has been practicing psychotherapy for 18 years and educates clients nationwide through her company, Higher Fulfillment. The materials offered include courses for individuals and couples, webinars, consultations, the affirmation book, her upcoming book which will be released in April of 2023: Obstacles Under the Surface: How to Keep Your Subconscious from Negatively Impacting Your Life, and the podcast "Obstacles Under the Surface". Katie's practice is dedicated to helping individuals and couples find peace and flourish through relationship challenges.
