Andrew Lorenzen-Strait

A passionate advocate for community service, Andrew Lorenzen-Strait's contributions reach well beyond his professional life. In Maryland, he has volunteered as a legal aid attorney in Prince George's County and as an exceptional advocate for non-verbal and LGBTQ youth. He also did pro bono activities while maintaining his federal career. In 2007, his commitment was recognized when he received the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award for Maryland. He also mentors at the United States Naval Academy and serves as an Election Judge in Maryland, demonstrating his dedication to fairness and integrity. Moreover, Andrew pursues his passion for history by acting as a tour guide at Arlington House at the Arlington National Cemetery, inspired by the deep historical appreciation instilled by his father, a former police chief in Southern California.
