Team Building - I had the opportunity to work with the Lake Region State College Mens Basketball program. Speaking to them about leadership and accountability with in their team, how to build a winning and successful culture that would become the pulse of their team and bond.
Leadership - Working with the high school basketball program on what it takes to lead and how leadership is an earned responsibility not one that can just be given. We did a deep dive on the culture of the program and how to install accountability measures that will strengthen the program from the inside with out the coaches.
