In this interactive presentation (45 min-1 hour), I will share my personal journey with emotional eating as well as the ways in which the diet industry is doing great damage to people's metabolism and psyche. Participants will learn about the different types of weight we are burdened with beyond the physical weight that we have become so focused on, as well as exciting new tools and practical solutions that they can start using right away to break free from yo-yo dieting for good. We will do a deep dive into negative beliefs of self that come from the constant search for weight loss, traumas that lead to emotional eating as well as come from weight cycling and new ways to view food and your body for sustainable health and wellness.
