About
You shouldn’t hire me if you’re looking for another speaker to motivate your audience for an hour. You should hire me if you want to give them a moment they don’t forget, one that changes how they see themselves long after the event is over. I work with high-performing individuals who have done everything “right,” built careers, created success, checked the boxes, and yet still feel like something is missing. Most events speak to performance. I speak to what’s underneath it. My work is grounded in a simple idea: people don’t need more information, they need deeper connection; to themselves, to others, and to why they’re here in the first place. What makes this different is that it’s not theory. I’ve spent decades in business development, working with leaders, founders, and teams, understanding how people actually operate in the real world. That experience, combined with the philosophy behind my newest book, The Joy Molecule, allows me to meet audiences where they are, and then take them somewhere they didn’t expect to go. This isn’t a keynote people just listen to. It’s one they feel. Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of who they are beyond their roles and titles, a deeper connection to their “Why,” and practical ways to build more meaningful relationships in both their work and their lives. If your goal is to create an event that people enjoy, there are a lot of great speakers out there. If your goal is to create an experience that stays with people, I’d be honored to be part of that.
The Connection Deficit: Why We Feel Alone in a World Full of People
We are more connected than ever before and yet many of us feel deeply alone. In this talk, Larry explores the growing gap between surface level interaction and true human connection. Drawing from The Joy Molecule, he reveals why most relationships never move beyond the transactional and how meaningful connection is the missing link to both personal fulfillment and professional success. This talk invites audiences to rethink how they show up with others and what it really means to connect. Audience Takeaways: • The difference between transactional relationships and true connection • Why most networking fails and what actually works • Practical ways to deepen relationships in both life and business
The Joy Molecule: Joy Isn’t Something You Find It’s Something You Access
We’ve been taught to chase joy through achievement, success, and external validation but what if joy was never something to pursue in the first place? In this talk, Larry challenges the cultural narrative of “more” and introduces a new framework: joy is the natural result of consciously connecting to what you are, who you are, and why you are here. Audiences will explore how disconnection, not lack of success, is the real barrier to fulfillment, and how reconnecting internally shifts everything externally. Audience Takeaways: • Why success often fails to produce lasting fulfillment • A simple framework to reconnect with your Who and Why • A new way to experience joy without chasing it
Stop Asking "What do you do?"
Most people are trying to find better answers but they are asking the wrong questions. In this talk, Larry introduces the idea that transformation does not begin with answers it begins with inquiry. By shifting from surface level problem solving questions to deeper identity based questions, individuals can unlock clarity, purpose, and direction. This conversation challenges audiences to slow down, reflect, and begin asking the kinds of questions that actually change their lives. Audience Takeaways: • Why most questions keep us stuck instead of moving us forward • The difference between what questions and who or why questions • A practical framework for asking questions that lead to real clarity
