Many people think being vulnerable is a weakness. Others think that being authentic exposes you too much and prefer to hold a more reserved stance. Neither one of these positions lead to being fully engaged in life. In this presentation we explore when and how to be both authentic and vulnerable without being weak or relinquishing privacy.
