Dr. Nicholson undergraduate education in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Recently, received a degree of Doctor of Philosophy Honoris Causa. Dr. Nicholson sits and serves on the Board of Directors for Reynolds Community College, the hospice-care non-profit Honoring Choices Virginia, and chairs the foundation board for the Math Science Innovation Center.
In addition, he serves as a Board advisor for Future Hope, Inc., African American Nonprofit Leaders. Dr. Nicholson is the recipient of a number of awards and recognitions.
