About
I have worked for more than 30 years in leadership roles spanning public health, education, research, organizational development, and program evaluation. Former Program Director of the CDC's national REACH 2010 initiative, managing a $40 million federal program focused on eliminating health disparities; and previously served as a Team Lead for the Science & Evaluation in the HIV/AIDs Center at CDC. Served as both Instructor and Manager of educational programming within the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office, designing curriculum, supervising consultants, and strengthening educational offerings for incarcerated learners. Creator of the Healthy Haiku Method, an award-recognized educational framework and author of four Healthy Haiku books, including Educating the Incarcerated: Facilitating Opportunities for Growth and Understanding. Every engagement is designed around customized assessment, measurable outcomes, practical implementation, and long-term organizational improvement—not one-size-fits-all training.m
