Leader, Educator, Author, TEDx speaker, and Cultural Disruptor, Beth Ruffin has a long and distinguished career in building relationships to achieve organizational goals.
Beth spent 20 years in Corporate America before realizing her dream of entrepreneurship, opening her own boutique consulting firm, The Everyday Inclusionist.
Beth is committed to making our world more inclusive through consulting, coaching and speaking. As host of the “At the Table” podcast, Beth highlights the underrepresented, marginalized, diminished, and underappreciated, using podcasting to elevate their voices.
Beth is currently an Adjunct Business Professor at Benedict College.
Beth’s first book, Get Up, details her journey to self-acceptance. Her second book, You Belong Here, explores the topic of Self Inclusion.
She is the Vice Chair of the Women’s Rights & Empowerment Network (WREN) Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Economic Impact Committee of the Richland County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated.
