Ben Sheehan

At 21, I made the decision to leave college, co-found a startup, and take on the responsibility of building and running a business long before most people feel “ready.” In this talk, I share the lessons, realities, and mindsets that shaped those early years—from navigating uncertainty and learning fast, to developing the resilience needed to lead while still learning who you are. This session is designed for students, young professionals, and anyone standing at a crossroads. I focus on how to evaluate risk, make confident decisions without overthinking, and turn youthful inexperience into an advantage. Audiences walk away with practical frameworks, honest insights, and the encouragement to pursue ambitious ideas earlier in life—before hesitation takes over.
