About
I talk about the things people experience every day but don't always know how—or where—to talk to discuss it. Grief. Stress. Burnout. Trauma. Life transitions. Mental health. The pressure to keep going when life is happening all around us. For more than two decades, I've worked with people through some of life's most difficult, complicated, and defining moments. That experience shapes the way I show up as a speaker. I understand that whether I'm speaking at a national conference, inside a Fortune 500 company, at a professional association, or at a community event, there are real people sitting in the room—not just an audience. That's who I speak to. I bring clinical expertise, warmth, cultural awareness, humor, and real-life perspective to conversations that can sometimes feel uncomfortable or difficult to navigate. I make complex topics understandable, create room for honest reflection, and give people practical strategies they can take with them long after the event is over. My presentations aren't about telling people to simply “be resilient” or “push through.” They're about helping people understand what they're carrying, recognize what they need, strengthen how they connect with others, and find healthier ways to move forward. Organizations and event planners choose me when they want more than a presentation. They want a speaker who can connect with the room, address difficult subjects with care and credibility, and leave people thinking, talking, and doing something differently. Because no matter the industry, title, background, or size of the room, we're speaking to people first.
